Overview

A fully custom Shopify design and build for Natural Strains, a new CBD oils and gummies brand focused on quality and transparency. The site combines bespoke iconography, product storytelling, and subtle motion design to create an engaging browsing experience that brings the brand to life.

To support CBD sales, we integrated a custom payment gateway alongside Klarna payments, bypassing the limitations of Shopify Payments for CBD products. The final result is a modern ecommerce experience designed to build trust, communicate product benefits clearly, and support the brand’s growth from launch.

Design Consultation

Working alongside his Brand & Packaging designers we created e-commerce best practice to ensure the complex design still delivered a seamless user experience.

Theme Build

A custom Shopify theme was created with powerful custom sections allowing flexibility, animation and ensuring performance was never compromised.

Shopify & CBD Payments

To support CBD sales, we integrated a custom payment gateway alongside Klarna payments, bypassing the limitations of Shopify Payments for CBD products.

The Results

A custom Shopify store featuring subtle transitions and animations, with product attributes displayed through bespoke iconography and in-depth product story pages. The site was also optimised for performance, achieving improved Google Core Web Vitals scores to ensure a fast, engaging experience that presents the brand at its best.
