The Suites Hotel & Spa in Knowsley offers guests a unique suite experience. With 98 suites, the hotel & spa also offers free parking, Wi-Fi, breakfast and the use of on site leisure facilities. Those looking to explore the spa facilities at the Suites Hotel & Spa will find a luxury experience at the award-winning 5 Bubble Spa, which offers bespoke and premium treatments for the mind, body and soul.

The team at the Suites Hotel & Spa approached us with a goal to create a new website to reflect the quality of their hotel, as their older design was cluttered and difficult to navigate.

How we found

The Solution

We set out with a goal to create a website that would allow guests to not only make suite reservations but also allow them to book a restaurant reservation and/or a spa treatment. After discussions with the team at the Suits Hotel & Spa, we worked to integrate social media feeds on to their website.

Our process

Research

During initial discussions with the Suites Hotel & Spa team, we discussed and researched the best ways to showcase what the property had to offer.

Design

The challenge with this design was figuring out how to integrate a store and multiple reservation options without the website looking bulky or complicated.

Development

During development, we integrated the site with a Woo Commerce shop, enabling customers to buy vouchers, along with a raft of modules to showcase images and events.

Testing

After rigorous testing, we delivered a website that was fully functional before it was pushed live.

The Results

A fully functionally website that features a Woo Commerce shop, flexible content blocks and an integrated social media feed. The new website for the Suites Hotel & Spa also features embedded external booking systems to allow for corporate logins and easy to use modules for spa, suite and table reservations.

We have delivered a website that is clean, modern and easy to navigate.
